In effect this is 3 pits maybe 4 2 drifts to the right belong to Ashworths Brandwood Moor. They got the coal in light gray from 1851 and the yellow up untill mid 1870’s. David Law worked the top gray area till 1886. The red area was worked by the Woodheads from Intake drift by the side of Rooley Moor rd. The dark gray area was worked by David Law in the 1870’s. Part Banks drift is at the extreme bottom right along with the water level. The workings finish against the 80 yard fault. The out crop is marked with a thick yellow line near the bottom. The workings with no colour we belive to have been worked by Livesey and Part House colliery is marked as Old workings surrounded by th dark gray V between Intake drift and Part Bank drift
