This Saturday 25th April there are two M4M-related musical events in Todmorden:
-
- At 4pm at St. Mary’s Church our harmonious friends, The Hepton Singers are giving a free concert of beautiful a capella music by Clara Schumann, Vaughan Williams, Elgar and Philip Glass. It’s all in aid of Music for the Many. See: https://www.heptonsingers.co.uk/event/charity-concert-2026/
- Then, at 7pm, just across Rochdale Road at The Kindness Cafe, there is a Rumi Night, which is an inspirational programme of sufi poetry, music, dance and zikr. It will feature a sensational performance from Music for the Many’s youth qawwali group, some very talented young people singing Punjabi classics by Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and others.
